Most implementations take 2-4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Simple automations can be deployed in as little as 1 week, while complex ecosystems may require 6-8 weeks. We move quickly once we understand your workflows and have access to your systems.

Our subscription model includes ongoing maintenance, updates, optimizations, and support. The one-time purchase gives you full ownership of your AI agent with a maintenance guide, but updates and support require additional fees.

Subscription is best if you want hands-off maintenance and continuous improvements. Ownership makes sense if you prefer control and don't mind managing updates yourself.

For owned agents, you receive a detailed maintenance guide. You can implement updates yourself or purchase our update packages. We offer per-visit updates (R1,500 per update) or annual update plans (R3,900/year for quarterly updates). Major version upgrades may have additional costs.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, we'll provide you with a complete export of your automation configurations and data. If you'd like to continue using the automations, we can discuss converting to an owned model with a prorated fee based on your remaining contract value.

Yes! We offer 10% off for annual prepayment on all subscription plans. This means you'd pay R31,320 instead of R34,800 for the Growing Business plan, for example. Annual payments also lock in your rate for 12 months.
